Consuming cocktails is a daily part of nearly every person's life who is over the age of 21. Traditionally, cocktails can be purchased for anywhere from $5 to $15 depending on where the person is and what type of alcohol is in the drink. Just because this is the typical range for a drink does not mean that every cocktail is priced the same. If enjoying expensive liquor at a happy hour San Diego is a priority and one has the cash to burn, then trying one of these exorbitant concoctions should be on their bucket list.
Gigi's in London, England
Cross the pond for the opportunity to enjoy one of the world's most expensive drink at an estimated $14,000. The decadent cocktail is topped with golf leaf, sugar and Angostura Bitters. Because the drink is so expensive, anyone wishing to order it will want to call at least three days in advance.
The Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo, Japan
Available for the paltry sum of only $18,200, this drink is the most expensive cocktail in the world. While the liquor in the drink is impressive - Grey Goose vodka - what makes this cocktail truly one of a kind is that it has a 1-carat diamond at the bottom of the glass. Available shaken or stirred, the drink contains vodka and just a smidgen of fresh lime juice.
Club 23 in Melbourne, Australia

Named after Winston Churchill, the "Winston" contains two shots of 1858 Croizet Cognac that are each valued at $6000. Still not enough? Garnish the drink with additional shots of Grand Marnier Quintessence or Chartreuse V.E.P.
